The mission of the music ministry is to lead and support the assembly in song-prayer, and also to provide inspirational music. Music can evoke deep emotional response and profoundly enrich worship. With the blend of our voices and instruments, we express the focus for each celebration in song, joyfully welcoming and encouraging participation by all present.

Adult Choir:

Weekly rehearsal on Tuesday nights: 7PM
Participation at mass on Saturdays (4:30PM), or Sundays (7:30AM or 11AM)
Participation at special services and Holy Days.
Arrive 30 minutes prior to mass for preparation.
It is understood that with the busy lives that we all have, you may not be able to attend all rehearsals.

Youth Choir:

If interested in becoming a member of the youth choir, please contact Patrice Rogers.

Children's Choir:

Rehearsals are during specific times of the year, such as the Advent/Christmas and the Lenten/Easter seasons and possibly more.
There is also a rehearsal time of 30 minutes or more before the mass for which the choir is scheduled to sing.
Participation in the Christmas and the Easter Children's masses.

Sharing your gifts

We share love and faith in God, our enthusiasm and enjoyment of Christian music, eagerness to learn, and a joyful spirit of fun. Our abilities range from the accomplished musician to those who have prior choral experience. It is not necessary to read music to participate. It is not required that anyone tryout for a part within the choir, and no one is required to perform a solo.
